📌 BaartmanJeans Refund & Exchange Policy
BaartmanJeans does NOT offer refunds on any purchases.
We only allow exchanges under specific conditions to protect the integrity and hygiene of all our products.
🔄 Exchanges (7-Day Policy)
We gladly offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase, if:
- The item is unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original condition
- All original tags attached
- Proof of purchase is provided
✔ You may exchange:
- For a different size
- For another item of equal value
- For a higher-priced item (difference must be paid)
❌ Exchanges NOT allowed for:
- Worn or damaged items
- Items with perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks
- Sale or clearance items
- Bodysuits or underwear (hygiene reasons)
📦 Online Exchanges
For online orders:
- Items may be exchanged in-store, or
- Returned via courier (customer pays return shipping)
Once inspected and approved, we will process the exchange.
