We deliver nationwide using trusted couriers.
- Delivery time: 2–5 working days
- Delivery cost: Calculated at checkout
- Tracking number provided via WhatsApp or email
2️⃣ PAXI (Pep Store to Pep Store)
Affordable and reliable store-to-store delivery.
- Delivery time: 5–9 working days
- Cost: R60 – R110
- Pickup from your selected Pep Store
- Tracking number provided
3️⃣ PUDO (Locker to Locker / Door to Locker)
Ideal for quick self-collection.
- Delivery time: 2–4 working days
- Cost: R60 – R120
- Must collect within locker time limit
- Tracking number provided
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
- 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
