We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

We may discontinue or adjust items based on supplier availability.

4. Orders & Payments

When placing an order, you agree that all details provided are accurate and complete

Accepted Payment Methods

In-Store Payments (No Cash Accepted)

BaartmanJeans is a cashless store.

We only accept:

✔ Card Payments (Swipe/Tap)

– FNB Speedpoint

– Capitec Speed-point

– In-store EFT payments ( must reflect immediately)

Online Payments

✔ Debit/Credit Card (via Paystack)

✔ Paystack Secure Checkout

❌ We DO NOT accept:

– Cash

– Cheques

– Manual deposits

All payments must be completed electronically for your safety and ours.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

BaartmanJeans does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.

We allow exchanges only, under the conditions listed in our official Exchange Policy:

Item must be returned within 7 days

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Customer pays courier fees for exchanges

Defective/incorrect items will be exchanged at no cost.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on the courier selected.

BaartmanJeans is not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Parcels lost due to courier handling

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website:

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login details
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • BaartmanJeans is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account
